To Ping continuously, the command is (without quotes) ” ping domain/ip -t”. Example, “ping webdesignempire.com -t” or “ping 192.168.1.1 -t”
To stop a continuously Ping, hold down the Control key and press C key.
To copy the information on the command prompt screen,
1. Right-click on the screen, select “Mark”.
2. Select the area you want, then press Enter key to copy.
3. Paste it into the template provided (Microsoft Word template which you’ll attach together with your complaint submission via the complaint form).
