Trace Route Proces is simple with the “ftrace” software which can be downloaded via the link below.

Steps:
1. Unzip the wftrace.zip file to any location of your hard drive.
2. Scan for virus as a precautionary step.
3. Double-click it to run it.
4. There’s only one horizontal “white space” (text box) with a label “Commad Line” on top of it. There’s where you type your domain name (eg, google.com) or your IP address (eg, 192.168.1.1) that you wanna trace.
5. Press the “Start” button to start the trace. Once “Start” button is click, it changes to “Abort”.
6. Once the trace started, you’ll be seeing lines of text appearing within the a bigger center area which label as “Output”.
7. Once the process is completed, click the “Copy as text” button at the bottom left corner to copy the result.
8. Paste it into the simple template provided (Microsoft Word template which you’ll attach together with your complaint submission via the complaint form).
